Very beautiful new villa, fully air-conditioned, with a private heated swimming pool: The villa is located in the middle of a pretty plot of 3000m² planted with olive and arbutus trees, with maquis and mountain views, fenced in with white stone walls.
You will be ideally located in a quiet area, 5 minutes from the center of Bonifacio and 10 minutes from the beaches (Sperone, Piantarella and its sandbank, Canetto, Cala lunga).
The provision of household linen is included in the rental price.
The heated 10 x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by a 120m² terrace bordered by olive trees and offers a southern exposure, on one level with the main loggia of the villa:
- salt treatment and maintenance provided each week by our pool engineer,
- deckchairs calling for relaxation
